This four-bedroom villa renovation for a professional family in Pt Chevalier, one of Auckland’s central suburbs, was completed within 6 months from earthworks to handing over the keys. The project included a 72sqm open-plan living extension, along with a new pool, spa, and pool house.
Our approach was to preserve the home’s heritage character while introducing the fresh, light-filled spaces typically found in newly built modern homes. The result is a practical yet inviting environment, thoughtfully designed to support the everyday life of a busy family of five.
