By the time building consent is approved, our team will have put together a detailed construction programme incorporating all trades and services, material deliveries, council inspections and all other details relevant to your build.

As soon as building gets underway, you’ll receive regular updates from your project manager keeping you up to date with the progress of the build. You’ll know everything from when the first pile goes into the ground through to when the kitchen cabinetry is installed.

Your project manager will take control of every aspect of the construction programme, managing all the trades and services, liaising with council inspectors for sign off throughout the build, and submitting documentation for the Code Compliance Certificate when the home is complete.

At the end of the building programme, your project manager will meet with you at the property and ensure no detail has been overlooked and every element of the build has been completed to the highest standards. The process will not be considered complete until you are happy with every detail.

When you are, we will hand you the keys to your new home. You will also receive a ten-year Master Build Guarantee, which gives you peace of mind and guarantees the quality of our craftsmanship for years to come.
