Our Process

1. Preliminary

Discuss with one of our knowledgable consultants your design ideas and wish list for your dream home. We will organise a free site assessment as a preliminary check to discover what site works will be required, and what design is going to work best on your site.

2. Concept Stage

Our designer will work with you to develop a concept sketch. A scrap book is really helpful- collected pictures, magazine cuttings or photographs give the designer a greater sense of what you are wanting to achieve. Once completed we will present to you a detailed specification letter and quotation. 

3. Building Agreement

You're now ready to commit to the next stage. We'll make final adjustments, confirm all your inclusions and begin working drawings for building consent. Simultaneously, we will organise appointments for you with our colour consultant, kitchen designer and electrician- the fun part!

4. Contract Signing

We'll now prepare a draft 'Master Build' contract for your approval, compiling all documents to form the complete fixed price contract.

Upon signing this unconditional contract we are committed together to building your dream home.

5. Construction

Your plans have now been released from council and we begin work on site. Your construction supervisor will be regularly in touch with you throughout the process and available should you have any questions or concerns.

6. Handover the keys!

Upon completion we will walk you through your new home to inspect and double check all work is completed to your absolute satisfaction.
