The Home needed one standout feature from the street view to break the chain of ordinary houses in the suburb and the large window at the front of the house is a key element in pulling this off. Although the two storey box front with top quality product could have stood the test of time on its own. The floor plan was designed to create multi-purpose living areas to allow growth for the young family and attend to business requirements.

The upstairs kitchen and living was designed for family purposes as well as entertaining guests when visiting. The raking ceiling and mono pitch roof design creates a spacious living area.

Client feedback

We were ready to walk away from the idea of building until we met Philip and he took us to some sections straight away.  The whole process of design through to the build was a lot easier than expected.  People say building is stressful however we didn’t find this to be the case, frustrating at times due to things like the weather and laying foundations in winter, but the process was painless and having Lee as our Project Manager was a real godsend. We couldn’t be happier now we are in our dream home and we would recommend THC to anyone looking to build a home that suits them” Gareth & Sam
