We’ll take you through examples of homes we’ve built that may be similar to your project aims, and we’ll show you a range of styles on different types of sites so you can make informed decisions about your options.

CHOOSING A SECTION
Difficult sites are our specialty. So, if you’re of a more adventurous inclination, you’re in the right place. If there’s site that appeals but seems too steep or has unstable ground, don’t let the opportunity pass you by. The chances are, we’ve built on a similar site with great success.
We’re here to help with the process of selecting a section and will arrange a free site visit with you to assess the land.
If you already own land to build on, we will arrange a free site visit during which you can expect the site to be assessed for suitability to build, and any potential issues that could arise during construction.
WHAT TO EXPECT AFTER A SITE VISIT
You’ll receive information covering potential designs that could work on your site, any covenants or restrictions that may affect the build along with a set of solutions to these, and any siteworks that may be required.
INTERESTED IN A SECTION
If there is a section that you’re interested in purchasing, we can help arrange the preliminary geotech investigations to determine whether there may be any issues or potential additional costs involved in preparing the land for your build. We can also help with the removal of an existing house on the land you’re considering.
