The House Company's Design & Build Service allows you to work with our Architectural Designers to develop your own completely new concept or adapt one of our plans to suit your wish list. Alternatively bring us your plans to work with.
We build from North of the Harbour Bridge to Kaitaia. We guarantee to work within your budget!
