Pole foundations on a very steep site with the ultimate north facing oceans view of Kiwiana Beach.  Our client wanted a "Cape Cod" feel to this bach which we achieved with exterior plywood and batten stained in Resene colour Cool Black. The interior ply groove wall linings in the bedrooms and also to the ceiling in the living areas.  High gloss polyurethane flooring throughout. Decking with glass and aluminium handrails, and stacker ranchsliders bring the breath taking views into the home. The wrap around deck also provides of street parking for the steep site. The master bedroom has a small ensuite, and the main bathroom can also be accessed from the back deck for those sandy covered bodies fresh from a day on the beach.  The laundry is located in the hallway cupboard out of sight!
