"Matt Crum was absolutely punctilious in taking us through every aspect of the contract and with the follow-up things. When a change had to be made, he got in specific colour/items for the changes and made sure we were okay with these and signed approval before the work went ahead. He listened so well that after the meeting with the Consultant and the Architect and I, the concept plan only needed slight modification (to take the shower unit we had selected).
