Our Plans are a great starting point in helping you to work out a design that is suitable for you and your family.

We can build you the plan to the specifications as shown, or we can develop a plan into a home that will fit your needs and budget.

Our homes are constructed from various types of materials such as weatherboard (fibre cement, cedar, pine), Shadowclad, Onduline, Insuclad and Rockcoat. Other clients prefer brick and tile. Whatever your taste, all of our homes are designed to take advantage of the New Zealand climate.
