At The House Company, we design every home to meet our client’s wish list, budget and block of land.

Our Plan Range is a great starting point in helping you to work out a design that is suitable for you and your family. We can build you the plan as it is shown or we are flexible enough for you to develop it into a design that is best for the surroundings.

Our homes are constructed from various types of materials such as weatherboard (fibre cement, cedar, pine), Shadowclad, Onduline, Insuclad and Rockcoat. Other clients prefer brick and tile. Whatever your taste, all of our homes are designed to take advantage of the New Zealand climate.

The results are homes that are exciting and vibrant, yet highly functional with proven resale value.
